Our shipping policy for orders placed on https://www.batmachine.com

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

  • Partial orders will not ship. If you would like to receive in stock parts as fast as possible, place a separate order for custom made parts.
  • Orders Ship Monday-Thursday.
  • We do not ship outside the U.S.A.

Stock items are expected to ship within 3 shipping days (Mon-Thurs) of receiving the order for in stock items. Items that are made to order will have notes in the description of expected time-frames ranging from 2 weeks to 6 months. Backordered parts have no guarantee of time frame. We reserve the right to cancel orders, change prices and discontinue components without notice. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You are solely responsible for entering accurate and up-to-date information during checkout.

Shipment method and cost are displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) before your item ships.

All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

https://www.batmachine.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
